Resolution status of a conversation
Possible Values
#
MISSING_INFORMATION_OR_TRANSFERT
The assistant gave no solution: it found no matching product, or the conversation was handed over to a human.
NOT_CLASSIFIED
The answer or the suggested products were wrong or not relevant, the conversation carried no question or problem for the brand, or it was never classified.
RESOLVED
The assistant's answer was useful: either complete and calling for nothing further, or helpful but still leaving an action to the visitor.
